Peer Support

Peer Support services are vital to recovery-oriented care as they deliver personalized assistance that connects clinical treatment with everyday life.

In-home peer support involves trained specialists offering non-clinical help and stress relief.

These services not only alleviate emotional distress but also act as training centers, nurturing specialized skills in mental health support within the community.

Community Living Support

Community Living Support (CLS) offers services to help individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or mental health challenges live independently within their homes and communities. These services focus on daily living skills, community integration, and safety and advocacy, and are delivered by Direct Support Professionals or community health workers, often funded through Medicaid Waivers or non-profit organizations. The core philosophy of CLS is to promote inclusion by providing the necessary support for individuals to maintain their dignity, stay connected with their families, and actively participate in their neighborhoods.

We are dedicated to treating and interacting with our clients with love, dignity, compassion, and empathy.
